Edith. C. Okafor is a dedicated and result-driven legal practitioner with extensive experience spanning across Corporate and Commercial Law, Property and Real Estate Law, Arbitration, Litigation, and Family Law. Known for her professionalism, strategic thinking, and client-focused approach, she has built a reputation for delivering practical legal solutions tailored to the needs of individuals, businesses, and corporate organizations.

A graduate of Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu University and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, Edith combines strong academic training with hands-on legal experience acquired from reputable law firms, corporate organizations, and public institutions.

She currently serves as an Associate at Jireh & Greys Attorneys, where she actively represents clients in litigation matters, drafts and reviews complex legal agreements, corporate search on both individual and corporate entities, advised clients on Property/Real Estate related matters, dispute resolution strategies and regulatory compliance.

Prior to her current role, she had gained significant experience in real estate transactions, corporate advisory, title perfection, title verification, due diligence, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and also advised clients on business incorporation and permits.

Her corporate legal experience was further strengthened during her tenure as Company Lawyer, where she advised management on legal and regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, risk management, and property acquisition matters. She played a key role in mitigating legal risks and ensuring that business operations aligned with applicable laws and corporate policies.

Her passion for advocacy and access to justice also led her to work with some NGO’s where she provided legal support to indigent citizens and contributed to organizational governance and community impact projects.
