Kehinde Iroche is an Associate and Head, Corporate & Commercial at the firm. Mr. Iroche provides a supervisory function for the firm’s corporate, company secretarial and civil litigation practice groups, however his experience allows him to advise and act in a variety of other legal functions.

Mr. Iroche is a graduate of the University of Benin, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Graduate Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries And Arbitrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

Mr. Iroche interned at Sigmund & Martin Law Practice and has worked at several places including, Strachan Partners as an Associate Counsel, Lagos State Football Association as an Assistant Director (Legal), Mainstreet Bank Limited as a Corporate Counsel, Skye Bank Plc as a Business Relationship Manager, Netconstruct Nig Ltd as Head of Legal/Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.

Mr. Iroche enjoys reading books, playing basketball and running, spending time with family. He speaks English, Yoruba and Igbo languages.
